Gorgeous Destination Wedding at Casa Dell'Arte, Bodrum

best time for bodrum is definitely september and this gorgeous wedding was on such a beautiful september day. i met prue and oner in london the first time and we were both excited about their wedding immediately. whole wedding was carefully curated by both of them and it reflected their multicultural backgrounds. 

casa dell'arte being one of my favorite venue in bodrum area, helped to create the mood that prue and oner was seeking. lots of gold and bodrum's symbol of bougainvilleas were used as main items on decorations. as being designers, they designed their own invitations, cake toppers, and even oner designed his own suit. prue on the other hand picked such an elegant carolina herrera gown from browns bridal in london.

eda has been my friend since our bilkent university days.. she has always been creative and i have always liked her food blog ( which i believe you should all check: geraldine cooks ) and all the crafts she has been doing and this time she did all the crafting and the wedding gifts for her big day! there was an emotional moment during the day where eda wore her mother's wedding gown at the hotel and her mom wore eda's grandma's dress which she wore at her daughter's wedding years ago. such a memorable moment to have for a bride in her wedding.  

the wedding was at küçükçiftlik park, known as concert and festival venue at the very center of istanbul. flowers were from lovely kanukte flowers, delicious catering was from nono gourmet; eda herself did the delicious  wedding favors: sea salt with rosemary and lemon.  the festival like ambiance was just getting you into having so much fun! oh i just love these intimate, personalized, stylish weddings! 

so beautiful eda got married to her love başar in this past august with family and close friends! they were gorgeous together! can't be happier for them! i wish them a life time happiness and many more!

it was a very lovely may day.. not too hot not too cold perfect weather! conditions were just great so was the wedding! ayça and utku are just a great couple that i am so utterly glad that i met them. funny story, ayça's cousin tugba was one of my first brides when i started working as a wedding photographer almost 4 years ago. we found out that later we agree upon working together.. now i am shooting her wedding. and i am so glad i did. their energy and elegance and the effort that they put in their wedding was a reflection of their personalities and love towards each other for sure. the selection of the great venue, hekim bası salih efendi yalısı, has made the wedding cosy and gorgeous at the same time. all the details of the wedding was their creation. and i believe they deserve a big credit for their brilliant job! from the decorations, to food, from the music to the bouquet, everything was flawless.. and when i saw their invitation was from beyond talented y65 by selen özakhun, i knew that it will be the right choice to reflect the theme of their wedding.  ayça you have become a gorgeous bride and utku you are very lucky to have her as your bride! you guys warm my heart! i wish you two a life time happiness and love!
