norwegian-turkish wedding by the bosphorus historic adile sultan palace

if you were to ask me how to describe this wedding i would say elegant, emotional and fun. i not only cried during the dinner but also had really fun at the party! on a beautiful june day; dearest anne and burak vowed each other in front of their loved ones at beautiful adile sultan palace that looks over beautiful bosphorus from the above. it has became one of the very special wedding of this past season not only because anne's norwegian roots brought the memories of the wedding of a good friend of mine back in oslo, but also i get to see 3 other couples of mine from past year and we get to enjoy this wedding all together! i really love my job cause constantly i get to witness the most beautiful moments of people's lives. also when the wedding involves touchy speeches it definitely is more sincere and this wedding had a lot of that moment. i am so honored and happy that i get to meet with great hearted anne and burak and be a part of their very special day!

as a health coach and nutritionist anne was also launching her new business natura by anne during her wedding preperations. (by the way check her products they really are good!) she also had special wedding cake made by talented we.eatlove which looked and tasted really good! green and white themed wedding styled by talented aisha weddings and events and anne's dress was from niquie. hope you'll enjoy the details and will inspire you one way or another!

the yellow wedding <3

such a special wedding it was with special people! i have been in same weddings with eren and selim twice last year and this year it was their turn. and when i received the email from eren i knew that the wedding was gonna be great! first of all she was wearing a yellow wedding gown! how amazing is that? her energy in life was reflected in every bit of this wedding! started as a cloudy day at the bosphorus, soon the clouds were gone and sun was shining bright along with the beautiful yellow bride.. 

both their families and friends were there all the time helping for the preparations; which made it even more sincere. both eren and selim's mon worked hard during the day for the preparations and i believe they deserve a big applause for the hard work they put in. kanukte flower did great on both the bouquet and the flowers too.. one of the great piece was their invitation. which eren designed her self. little yellow evil eye was really a nice touch!

people all over the world were at beautiful sumahan otel to celebrate their special day. eren and selim's close friend alek took the responsibility to marry them in front of the loved ones and he gave a great speech saying "may your love modern enough to survive the times, and old fashioned enough to last forever."

you could tell how in love they are from their first look..seeing each other for the first time that day made them all teary and it was such a touchy moment even for me!

dear eren and selim, i am so glad and honored to be a part of your amazing wedding! i hope you will cherish each and every single day in old fashioned way that your love will last forever! hoping to be a witness of more great days of yours! enjoy every bit of this day over and over again! 

love by the bosphorus

it was a very lovely may day.. not too hot not too cold perfect weather! conditions were just great so was the wedding! ayça and utku are just a great couple that i am so utterly glad that i met them. funny story, ayça's cousin tugba was one of my first brides when i started working as a wedding photographer almost 4 years ago. we found out that later we agree upon working together.. now i am shooting her wedding. and i am so glad i did. their energy and elegance and the effort that they put in their wedding was a reflection of their personalities and love towards each other for sure. the selection of the great venue, hekim bası salih efendi yalısı, has made the wedding cosy and gorgeous at the same time. all the details of the wedding was their creation. and i believe they deserve a big credit for their brilliant job! from the decorations, to food, from the music to the bouquet, everything was flawless.. and when i saw their invitation was from beyond talented y65 by selen özakhun, i knew that it will be the right choice to reflect the theme of their wedding.  ayça you have become a gorgeous bride and utku you are very lucky to have her as your bride! you guys warm my heart! i wish you two a life time happiness and love!
